In compliance with Part X Transitional provisions, Article 3, point 3.2 of the Rules of Operation we would like to inform you that the rules for partial settlement shall start to apply from the operating day of 9th September 2024.
In addition to that we would like to notify you that provided that an instruction to debit the account which is/is going to be kept in T2S pursuant to Art. 2 par. 2.3 of Part V. of the Rules of Operation is/is going to be submitted and it remains unsettled until the start of application of partial settlement, CDCP will cancel such instruction also without authorisation by a person who submitted such instruction. The previously mentioned shall apply exclusively in case that some limitations/restrictions (such as suspension of disposal right, pledge) are registered on particular securities (to which the instruction relates to).
