Transfer of securities (free of payment)
Transfer of securities means change of owner of securities executed on basis of an agreement (e.g. Agreement on securities purchase, Agreement on donation of securities).
Person for whom CDCP is administering an account can request with CDCP for registration of securities transfer crediting or debiting its account by use of form 6, duly completed in compliance with the explanatory notes in the form.
In case of transfer of securities without consideration (donation of securities) along with the instruction for registration of the transfer it is necessary to submit also original or verified copy of the Agreement on donation of securities which includes verified signatures of both donator and donee, and has to be compliant with all requirements with regard to form and content stipulated by relevant legal regulations.
The service is provided via post or in person at working place of the Operation Section in CDCP seat.
Registration of transfer is charged in compliance with the Scale of Fess of CDCP
Owner of non-allocated account shall place the instruction for registration of transfer/transition/movement of securities crediting or debiting the non-allocated only through CDCP member. The owner of non-allocated account can authorise only one member (so-called authorised member) for purpose of placing such instructions.
Transition of securities
Transition of securities means change of owner of securities on basis of other legal fact than agreement (e.g. lawful decision of government body of other legal facts stipulated by act).
Successor of securities owner can request at CDCP for registration of securities transition debiting an account of original securities owner, or crediting its own account administered in CDCP, by use of form F7 duly completed in compliance with explanatory notes in the form.
The service is provided via post or in person at working place of the Operation Section in CDCP seat.
Registration of transition is charged in compliance with the Scale of Fess of CDCP.

Movement of securities
By movement of securities does not come to change of securities owner, but to movement of securities from account of the owner to another account of the same owner.
