The person for who CDCP is administering the owner’s account can request CDCP to register establishment / change / cancellation of suspension of disposal right to its securities according to § 28 section 3 letter a) of the Act, by use of form F9, form F9A or form F9B which is duly completed in compliance with the explanatory notes in the forms.
The service is provided via post or in person at working place of the Operation Section in CDCP seat.
For registration of establishment / change / cancellation of suspension of disposal right is charged in compliance with the Scale of Fess of CDCP.
Owner of non-allocated account shall place the instruction for registration of establishment / change / cancellation of suspension of disposal right to securities registered on non-allocated account according to § 28 section 3 letter a) of the Act only through CDCP member. The owner of non-allocated account can authorise only one member (so-called authorised member) for purpose of placing such instructions.
