After 26 years, on 1 June 2021, finished her activity in Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR the vice-chairman of the Board of Directors Mrs Ľudmila Boboková.
Beginnings of her office in CDCP fall before the year 1995, to period of the voucher privatisation. Our colleague, Mr Eudard Kalina from the Issues Department, also met her at that time. „I had been working with Ľudmila Boboková almost my entire professional life. We started together at the registration points when voucher privatisation commenced. We can tell, that it was since rise of the capital market in the Slovakia. Co-operation with her was always nice and eventless. On many occasions we had different view on how to solve problems, but we always managed to find the best solution.“
Several employees appreciated her responsible approach to work and her effort. „I personally am sorry for this, as I regarded her for her knowledge, diligence and problem solutions she used to provide. She was not afraid of work, what is not so common these days .“ added the Business Director Dagmar Kopuncová.
Pillars of long term and successful operation of Ľudmila Boboková in CDCP was not only her expertise but also friendly relationships. „There were situations when she offered helping hand with her professionality. She didn’t turn me away despite working duties she shouldered those days“, recalls the Head of the Reception Section, the Registry Administrator, Andrea Bukovská. „At the same time, I always appreciated also her approach to colleagues. I remember that she was willing to change stylish sunglasses she won in lottery for bananas. „She won “trendy glasses“ and me just some bananas“ concludes Mrs Bukovská with cheerful experience.
His function in the Board of Directors ended after 8 years also Mr Tomáš Novanský. Both of them greatly contributed to fact, that the central depository crossed over several obstacles. They witnessed migration to T2S platform, licencing under the EU regulation (CSDR), launch of the digitalisation process and successful ending of many litigations. They are leaving the company which is in the best condition in last 20 years. They have every right to be proud on achieved results and we were privileged to work with them!
We are wishing them good health and success in their future endeavours. Thank you.
