User Committee of Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s.
User Committee of Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s. („Committee“) is the advisory body of the Board of Directors of CDCP for services provided by CDCP in the system for settlement of securities transactions („SSS“) operated by CDCP.
The Committee consists of the representatives of CDCP Participants and of the issuers who are compliant with criteria for participation in the Committee, and of the Committee members nominated by CDCP Board of Directors from CDCP employees, or representatives from professionals in the field, and representative of the Bratislava Stock Exchange.
The Committee is discussing mainly:
a) proposals of members of the Committee to incorporate new CDCP services,
b) proposals for change and improvement of level of provided CDCP services, mainly their functionality and availability,
c) proposals to perform other activities by CDCP related to provision services,
d) proposals for change of the Scale of Fees of CDCP and change of the Rules of Operation of CDCP,
e) criteria for accepting of the issuers and participant to SVTCP operated by CDCP,
f) other key measures of CDCP which have impact on the Committee members,
g) results from audit performed in CDCP.
The User Committee of Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s. was established by the Board of Directors of CDCP in compliance with The Regulation No. 909/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on improving securities settlement in the European Union and on central securities depositories and amending Directives 98/26/EC and 2014/65/EU and Regulation (EU) No 236/2012.
