The natural person for whom the owner’s account is administered by CDCP, can ask for change of its identification data, i.e. mainly name, surname, title, permanent address or birth registration number, in written through form F2A completed in compliance with explanation notes, submitted in person or via post.
The legal person for whom the account is administered by CDCP can ask for change of its identification data in written through form F2, which is duly completed in compliance with explanation notes and submitted in person or via post.
The service is provided via post or in person at operation working place at CDCP seat.
Change of details on person for whom the account is administered in CDCP is free of charge.
